About FCLHUB.COM
FCLHUB.COM is a new digital freight platform built for the UK container transport sector. The platform connects shippers, freight forwarders and container hauliers through one connected system designed to improve efficiency, visibility and communication across container transport operations.
As the business grows, we are looking for a Technical Support & Infrastructure Administrator to support the ongoing stability, development and customer experience of the FCLHUB.COM platform.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a strong IT background who enjoys solving problems, working with software systems and supporting customers. The successful candidate will work closely with software developers, third-party providers and internal teams to help ensure the platform operates efficiently, securely and reliably.
The role will involve supporting the infrastructure and architecture of the software, helping manage system performance, assisting with updates and testing, supporting integrations and dealing directly with customer technical queries.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the infrastructure, architecture and performance of the FCLHUB.COM platform
* Provide first and second line technical support to customers and platform users
* Troubleshoot issues relating to accounts, access, functionality and system performance
* Work with software developers and external technology providers to resolve technical issues
* Assist with platform testing, updates and deployment support
* Support integrations, APIs, user permissions and data flows where required
* Monitor support tickets, technical issues and customer feedback
* Maintain accurate records of issues, fixes and system changes
* Help produce user guides, FAQs and internal support documentation
* Support onboarding and training for new customers and members
* Work with commercial and operations teams to improve the customer experience

Skills & Experience
* Strong IT background is essential
* Experience supporting software platforms, cloud-based systems or customer portals
* Good understanding of system architecture, integrations, user access and data flows
* Confident troubleshooting technical issues and explaining solutions clearly
* Strong communication skills and a professional customer-focused approach
* Able to work with developers, suppliers and non-technical users
* Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple priorities
* Experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding or digital platforms would be useful but is not essential
