Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations and ensure a high standard of service in a vibrant hospitality environment. Duties
* Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
* Supervise and train bar staff in bartending techniques, food preparation, and hospitality best practices.
* Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock control.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards within the bar area.
* Develop innovative drink menus and promote seasonal offerings to enhance guest experience.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production that complements beverage offerings.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to maintain a positive atmosphere.
* Monitor staff performance, providing feedback and support to foster team development.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a bar management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
* Excellent bartending skills with a flair for mixology and creativity in drink preparation.
* Demonstrated ability in team management and staff training.
* Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
