Location: Lytham, Lancashire (Charming One-Form Entry Primary School)
Salary: £8-£12.71 per hour
Start Date: September 2026 Contract: 18-Month Apprenticeship

The Apprenticeship Journey: Earn While You Learn
This is a unique opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while getting hands-on experience.
* Placement: Initially based within the EYFS and Year 1 classes (Early Years Foundation Stage/ KS1 ).
* Qualification: Level 3 Teaching Assistant (Versatile for ages 4-11).
* Training: 18-month contract with 2 afternoons per week dedicated to college studies (fully integrated into your timetable).

Key Responsibilities
* Classroom Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons in an EYFS / KS1 setting.
* Pupil Development: Lead 1-on-1 or small group interventions to boost learning.

* Professionalism: Maintain open communication with parents and complete college coursework on time.
