TalentBank Technology is partnering with a manufacturing organisation in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a permanent SAP Business Analyst to support a major multi-phase SAP S/4HANA implementation.
This is a broad, hands-on BA role covering a full ERP rollout across warehousing, finance, planning, sales and purchasing - with a factory pilot and full rollout to follow. Working alongside the external SAP integrator initially, you will shadow their team before taking ownership of the BA function as the programme matures. It is a genuine opportunity for someone looking to step up into a senior role and make a tangible impact across a complex, long-term programme with an expected runway of two to three years.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and the SAP technical team across all phases of a multi-phase S/4HANA implementation
2. Partner with business departments to gather, document and validate functional and technical requirements across modules including MM, SD, FI/CO and PP
3. Analyse existing operational processes and design efficient future-state workflows within the SAP ecosystem
