What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to be:
... an inspiring Class Teacher, you will be joining our school at a time when outcomes for children match or exceed the national average and the curriculum provides incredible opportunities for all children. With strong leadership, clear vision and a Journey to Excellence plan for the school and staff, you will benefit from being part of a Trust that is known locally and nationally for its excellence in teacher development.
We ensure we build excellent relationships with every child. They are ready to hear what is going on in pupils' lives beyond school, answer parents' and carers' questions and sort out any worries."
Able to inspire, challenge and motivate pupils to excel, you will provide them the support and encouragement they need as they establish a sense of their own self, gaining in confidence and developing vital life-skills. You will have the skills to adapt teaching and learning for pupils of all abilities and needs, through current knowledge of best practice in learning and child development.
Applications are welcome from experienced teachers and teachers in their first few years of teaching who would like to be part of our school, helping pupils to develop and progress in a safe, supportive and encouraging environment.
