Salary: 25,000 per annum
Full-Time | 40 hours per week | 5 days over 7 (including evenings & weekends)

We're looking for a confident, guest-focused Food & Beverage Team Leader to help us deliver unforgettable dining experiences throughout the spa. Working alongside an energetic and supportive team, you'll set the tone for excellence-ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and every team member feels inspired.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead the day-to-day operations of our Food & Beverage outlets to the highest service standards
* Motivate, coach, and guide team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Engage with guests, resolve issues efficiently, and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement
* Monitor service delivery and implement innovative changes to enhance the guest experience
* Oversee rota planning and ensure staffing levels meet business demands
* Hold monthly team meetings to align objectives, review performance, and encourage collaboration
* Support the professional development of team members in line with company policies
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and safety-conscious workplace culture
