This role focuses on conducting high-quality, impartial and thorough investigations into complex and sensitive matters, including allegations of serious misconduct, sexual misconduct and conduct that may constitute criminal behaviour. The postholder will play a key role in ensuring investigations are conducted fairly, professionally and in accordance with relevant legislation, policy and best practice. The Opportunity You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of complex investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, conducting interviews, assessing credibility, and producing clear, accurate and balanced investigation reports to support informed decision-making.
