Your role will be crucial in maintaining high standards of service and support for our residents.
ABOUT YOU:
* Proven experience in a leadership role within the senior care or healthcare sector is essential.
* Strong understanding of IT systems relevant to care management is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Demonstrated ability to supervise staff while promoting a positive work environment.
* Knowledge of developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual needs.

Salary: £14.28 per hour
