Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

A leading law firm is seeking a motivated Property Disputes Associate to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a 2–4 PQE solicitor or legal executive to handle high-quality work within a collaborative and growing environment.

The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of property disputes, delivering commercially focused legal advice while maintaining excellent client service. You will also support business development and contribute to the team’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of property disputes matters
• Advising clients on risks, options, and outcomes
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Supporting business development, networking, and marketing initiatives
• Supervising and delegating work to junior team members
• Ensuring compliance with risk and firm procedures
• Meeting KPIs and supporting financial management of matters

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
• 2–4 years’ PQE in property disputes or litigation
• Strong case management and organisational skills
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
