Our client is currently looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their planned works team.
Based in Harlow, the team is carrying out a planned works programme in the surrounding areas, undertaking works on occupied properties including refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Book appointments to visit occupied properties.
* Carry out condition surveys.
* Deal with resident complaints.
* Work hand in hand with the site team to complete works to the correct standard.
* Build strong relationships with tenants and contractors.
Required Experience and Skills
* Experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer.
* Strong communication skills over the phone and face‑to‑face.
* Good IT skills.
* Capability to work within a team and independently.
