We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a well-established organisation with operations across Scotland.
This opportunity sits within an internal Service Desk team and is ideal for someone with early-career IT support experience looking to build long-term stability within a structured environment.
Responsibilities
* Acting as first point of contact for IT support queries
* Logging and managing incidents through a Service Desk system
* Supporting Windows desktop and Microsoft 365 users
* Managing user accounts and permissions
* Building and deploying end-user devices
* Assisting with system maintenance and upgrades
* Escalating issues where appropriate
About You
* Experience in a 1st line IT support or helpdesk role
* Comfortable supporting Windows and Microsoft 365
* Strong customer service mindset
* Ability to prioritise workload and manage SLAs
* Full UK driving licence
