We are recruiting for a Reception Administrator for our Telford-based client on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a key role supporting the wider team through the management of reception, call handling, and accounts administration. The successful candidate will support the accounts function during the first half of the week and cover reception for the remainder.
Your duties will include:
1. Welcome clients and visitors ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and courteously
2. Deal with incoming external and incoming calls
3. Taking and forwarding messages
4. Taking payments over the phone and in person
5. Opening and setting up meeting rooms
6. Meeting room diary management
7. Updating customer details
8. Processing invoices
9. Allocating payments
10. Making payments
11. Petty cash
