Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join a busy engineering and manufacturing facility in Bristol. The company produces high-quality buckets and attachments for the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and spray industrial components to a high standard.

* Ensure all items meet required specifications and quality standards.

* Operate and maintain spray-painting equipment.

* Perform surface preparation including masking, sanding, and priming.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

* Work as part of a team to meet production deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in industrial or automotive paint spraying (essential).

2. Good knowledge of paint types, mixing ratios, and surface preparation techniques.

3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous).
