Job Description:
We have three new exciting opportunities within our Cladding Remediation team. The role of the Production Project Manager is to lead the delivery of Cladding remediation projects through all construction stages, overseeing facade replacement and ensuring project targets and stakeholder expectations are met.
The successful candidates will contribute to pre-construction planning, develop project execution plans, site management strategies, and building sequences to facilitate overall development programmes and budgets.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day planning, direction, and monitoring of each project's site, ensuring safety, efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
What You Will Do
* Coordinate and manage pre-commencement Health and Safety obligations, ensuring all plans are developed and maintained according to HSE policy.
* Ensure project teams are aware of health and safety implications and contribute to problem-solving.
* Manage all stakeholders throughout the build process for cooperation.
* Ensure build stages comply with the TW Complex Projects framework.
* Provide guidance for pre-development programmes and establish project execution strategies.
* Collaborate with Technical and Commercial departments and lead during build/remediation stages.
* Identify and manage project risks.
* Conduct project reviews to ensure audits are complete.
* Maintain quality standards and review quality reports regularly.
* Manage site prelims budget and monitor costs.
* Make site decisions considering objectives, quality, cost, and programme, after discussions with relevant teams.
* Implement controls and monitoring systems for contractor reports.
What you will have:
* Degree or professional qualification in property, development, construction, or related field (or equivalent experience with a plan to achieve qualifications).
* Proven experience in the construction industry, working with developers, contractors, or related partners.
* Strong understanding of facade/cladding replacement, especially in high-rise residential developments, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
* Experience managing stakeholder relationships including authorities, landowners, and contractors.
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, UK laws, regulations, standards, and procedures.
