An exciting opportunity has arisen to join this space in a senior leadership role in Guest Experience & Events.
The Role
As Head of Guest Experience & Events you will have overall responsibility for the delivery of exceptional visitor experience and events across a prestigious portfolio of corporate buildings.
The corporate community regularly entertains clients within newly refurbished spaces, and your team will be responsible for delivering impeccable events and a seamless guest welcome.
* You will oversee all customer-facing touchpoints, setting the standard for service excellence in events and a truly five-star visitor experience.
* You will lead a large, high-performing team of up to 30 colleagues, supported by a Deputy, and will be highly visible within the business, leading from the front.
* You will work closely with senior stakeholders and collaborate with colleagues in the US, sharing ideas and innovations to ensure a consistently outstanding service offering.
* Develop and maintain SOPs, steps of service, and best practices for the front-of-house experience.
The Candidate
You will be happy to be site-based, five days per week with some travel required. This position is ideally suited to a leader with a background in five-star conference and events, corporate hospitality, or luxury hotel environments, who thrives in delivering best-in-class service at scale.
* You will have experience in developing and upskilling a team, identifying training needs, driving continuous service innovation, and embedding a culture of excellence.
* Client engagement and stakeholder management experience are key to the role.
* You may have had exposure to mobilising or expanding services into new locations.
* Knowledge of workplace services, corporate hospitality, or FM environments is desirable, but not required.
