About the Role
As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotalrole in launching and growing our Carlisle office. This is a fantasticopportunity for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys building services fromthe ground up, and is committed to delivering outstanding care.
You will be responsible for:
* Overseeingthe setup, compliance, and day-to-day operations of the new branch
* Recruiting,developing, and supporting a new team of care staff
* Buildingstrong local relationships with service users, families, and professionals
* EnsuringCQC compliance and safeguarding best practices
* Drivinggrowth and quality within the service
Requirements
What We’re LookingFor
* Experienceas a Registered Manager in domiciliary or community care (essential)
* Strongleadership and organisational skills
* Aproven track record of achieving high standards and service development
* NVQLevel 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Excellentunderstanding of CQC standards and regulations
