Role Overview:
The Talent Set are delighted to partner with a leading charity organisation on a fantastic Individual Giving Officer role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage multi-channel campaigns, support supporter engagement, and contribute to vital income generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and deliver individual giving campaigns across online and offline channels, including direct mail, email, telemarketing, face-to-face, and digital acquisition.
* Support the planning, execution, and analysis of campaigns to meet income and expenditure targets.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure timely and compliant campaign delivery.
* Maintain supporter relationships through quality communication, including thanking donors effectively.
* Contribute to the development of long-term donor strategies, using data insights to inform efforts.
* Assist with reporting, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting upcoming projects such as supporter journeys and appeals.
* Ensure all campaign activity aligns with organisational guidelines and best practices, including compliance and branding standards.
Person Specification:
1. Proven experience in managing multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, particularly offline channels such as direct mail.
