Graduate Project Manager – Engineering & Installations Location: Crawley (office-based with regular UK site travel) Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience) Driving licence: Required Passport: Must be British born due to certain site requirements We’re working with a leading engineering and manufacturing business that’s expanding its UK Projects Team due to continued growth. They’re looking for a motivated Graduate Project Manager to support the delivery of installation projects across the UK. This is a great opportunity for a recent engineering or construction graduate (ideally with around one year of post-graduation experience) to begin a career in project management with a company that values development, progression, and practical learning. Assist with project documentation, tracking, and reporting to ensure delivery on time and within budget. Liaise with clients, site teams, and contractors to maintain clear and professional communication throughout each project. Visit customer sites (pool cars or train travel provided) to oversee progress and support installation teams. Prepare risk assessments and technical documentation under the guidance of senior project managers. Graduate Project Manager Profile Must be a British-born national (required due to the nature of the sites). Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Ideally one year of relevant experience (placement or post-graduate role). Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and professional approach. Competent in Microsoft Office and able to interpret engineering drawings. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK.
