Part Time – 22.5 hours per week (3‑Month Fixed Term Contract). Shifts available Monday‑Sunday, 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour. Location: B&Q Lincoln.
Role Overview
Join our team as a Customer Advisor to become an expert advisor and guide for customers’ home improvement projects. The role focuses on providing great customer service while also performing sales, managing stock, setting up displays, and ensuring the store looks great.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice to customers on home improvement projects
* Perform sales and meet sales targets
* Manage stock levels and set up displays
* Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising
* Be trained in paint‑mixing and cutting timber as required
Qualifications & Skills
* Friendly and outgoing personality
* Enthusiasm for home improvement and learning new technology
* Strong teamwork abilities and flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
* Good communication and customer‑service skills
