We're looking for someone who can pick up the phone and have calls with candidates who are looking today but also calling through old candidates who are on our database.
You will be responsible for your own diary, organising keep in touch calls, updating candidates on applications, interviews etc.
You'll be provided with full training, guidance and support.
The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving problems.
Responsibilities
* Re-engaging with legacy candidates.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email and whatsapp.
* Data entry in various platforms
Qualifications
* At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
* Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
