Key Tasks:
· Deliver an amazing project
Planning, co-ordination and control of plant, labour and materials on multiple sites to ensure the most efficient use of resources and that deadlines are met.
Ensure everyone goes home each night
Maintenance of the Company's high standard of contract safety, including delivery of on-site toolbox talks and site safety inspections.
· Represent us at meetings.
Effective liaison with clients maintaining MARTINs reputation for exceptional customer care.
· Keep great records.
Completion of a range of digital site records covering safety, quality, environmental and contract issues.
· Manage Sub-contract teams
Day to day management of on-site labour, including subcontractors to maintain the Company's strict health& safety, quality and environmental standards.
· Build relationships
Development of long-term relationships with key clients, subcontractors and suppliers across all construction sectors in Ireland and GB.
· Join us at industry events
Contributing to the continuing growth of the MARTIN, through networking opportunities, and sourcing leads
· Innovate
Offer innovative solutions to completing tasks and contracts, if you have a great idea let us know.
