Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker for our Supported Living Service in Boston PE21.
About the role
Our Supported Living Service in Boston is home to a young female adult with Learning Disabilities. The individual enjoys engaging in community activities such as the gym, shopping, and cinema.
A full driving licence is required to support the individual in their daily activities.
The role may include manual handling, medication administration, personal care, food preparation, household tasks, supporting social connections, accessing the community, and attending appointments. We support daily living skills and socialisation.
We recognise each person as an individual and provide a person-centred, tailored service that respects their needs. The role aims to promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of support.
Shifts
7am-10pm, 10pm-7am split shifts, and alternate weekends, full-time.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have a qualification in health and social care (not essential) or experience working in supported living settings or with individuals with Learning Disabilities.
