Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff, and maintaining efficient office processes.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily office operations, mainly scheduling appointments
* Provide Quality Control for our reports
* Ensuring reports are sent out within a certain time t
* Setting up jobs for staff ahead of time
* Creating quotes for clients
* Dealing with enquiries from staff and clients - mainly over email, sometimes by phone
* Learning the software we use for reports and enquiring with helplines if we have queries regarding the software
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks from time to time
* Maintain filing systems and ensure all documentation is organised and easily accessible.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and streamline processes.
Requirements
* A positive, patient and helpful person is the main requirement
* Someone able to handle pressure when we are busy and prepared to find solutions to problems a must
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Experience with Xero is advantageous but not mandatory.
