We are working with a well regarded private practice seeking a Family Law Solicitor to join their team on a part time locum basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a varied caseload while enjoying the flexibility of part time hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a broad range of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedies, cohabitation disputes, and child arrangement orders
Advising clients with professionalism and empathy
Managing cases independently from instruction to conclusion
Attending court hearings and drafting necessary documentation
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a wealth of experience in Family Law
Strong experience in privately funded family work
Excellent client care and communication skills
Availability to start the end of October / beginning of November
