Health safety and environment advisor

Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in Finland- UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU - UK passport holding applicants must have a right to work VISA forFinland

Rate:

* €70k/annum - Package deal

Duties:

* Support implementation of the project HSE plan across civils works (groundworks, ducting, concrete)
* Carry out daily site inspections and ensure compliance with RAMS and permits
* Assist with inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce engagement
* Maintain HSE documentation (inspections, permits, training records)
* Monitor high-risk activities (excavations, lifting, traffic management)
* Record incidents/near misses and assist with investigations
* Support audits and close out minor non-conformances

Hours:

* Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm
* Saturdays when required
