Job Description
This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ. As part of the People Partnering team, you will support a range of stakeholders and report directly to the Head of People Performance. You will partner with stakeholders to deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives, create and implement a People Plan, and focus on organisation design, talent attraction, retention and development. You will support managers in proactively managing employee relation issues, collaborate with other People teams on transformational change projects and act as an advocate for our purpose and values.
Qualifications
* Diverse industry & HR expertise with proven success in partnering roles in fast‑paced, multi‑location & complex businesses
* Experience partnering various Head Office functions
* Experience in a high‑performing team within a customer‑centric service or retail environment
* Hands‑on knowledge of all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent management, retention, organisational design and engagement
* Ability to establish effective relationships, collaborate, persuade and influence
* Able to shape & lead initiatives / change projects
* Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change
* Assertive, resilient and tenacious, able to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks
