We're recruiting for a SEMH Teaching Assistant in Ware -ideal for those aspiring to become Youth Offending Officers, Pastoral Mentors, or Education and training Psychology Assistants.

* Learning how to manage risk, de-escalate crisis situations, and encourage positive change
What We're Looking For:
* A Psychology, Criminology, or Social Sciences graduate with a genuine interest in youth support and aspiring youth offending officer
* A compassionate, calm, and resilient mindset
* Any experience with young people is a bonus (youth work, tutoring, mentoring, volunteering)
* A full-time, term-time commitment and ability to travel to Ware
