SEN Teaching Assistant - Schools Across Kettering
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking compassionate and motivated SEN Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Kettering, supporting children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about inclusion and want to help young people overcome challenges in their learning journey. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to pupils in both mainstream and specialist school settings, ensuring they feel safe, understood, and empowered.

Experience in schools is not essential. We encourage applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including care work, residential support, youth services, mental health support, or anyone who has experience working with individuals with SEN.
Your day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, assisting with learning tasks, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping children develop social and emotional skills.
