Applicants will need to demonstrate a dynamic, hardworking, and passionate approach to delivering high quality patient care. The ability to administer IV drugs is essential. Venipuncture / Cannulation, and ILS are desirable but not essential.

12. Carry out planned care for a group of patients without direct supervision
13. Ensure the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based
14. individualised patient care
15. Assist and advise staff, both registered and unregistered in the delivery of patient care
16. Maintain accurate clinical observations of the patient and act accordingly
17. Undertake nursing procedures
18. Have responsibility for the correct administration and custody of medicines according to Trust policy
19. Monitor patients’ progress, work towards safe and timely discharge plans and ensure barriers to discharge are identified and acted on appropriately

21. Registered Nurse

22. Six months experience in acute healthcare setting
