Job Summary
REN Caring is seeking a part time Care Administrator to provide administrative support within the Care Agency to ensure the smooth running of the service.
Duties
- knowledge, understanding Care Sector is highly desirable although not essential
- Ensure that documentation for clients and caregivers is up to date.
- Administer and coordinate care services and scheduling
- Assist the manager with recruitment, ensuring we deliver the highest quality of care.
Skills
- Excellent computer skills to include Excel and Microsoft Word is essential for this position
- Excellent English and strong communication skills is essential to be able to liaise with both clients and carers
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role is desirable
- Competent in data entry and typing
- Ability to work effectively in an office environment
