Key Duties
* Produce detailed and accurate reports using advanced Excel functions.
* Work confidently with complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualisation tools.
* Extract, cleanse, and transform data from multiple sources.
* Perform accurate calculations for reimbursements and deductions, meeting SLA deadlines.
* Maintain precise and up-to-date files to support overall data accuracy.
* Communicate professionally with internal teams and external clients.
* Produce clear, concise written documentation.
* Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
* Take a proactive and solution-focused approach to improving processes.
Requirements
* Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
* Basic understanding of SQL Server (advantageous).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proactive with solid problem-solving abilities.
