Senior Associate – Projects & Construction Advisory – London
A leading international law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Contracts and Projects Construction team in London.

Salary: Up to £130,000 DoE
Experience: 4 + PQE with experience in contracts and transactional construction
The Role
The team will work on a broad range of front-end construction matters, including:
* Advising on procurement routes and project procurement strategies
* Drafting and negotiating construction documentation, including building contracts, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, security documents, and third-party rights
* Advising on joint venture agreements, PFI/PPP documentation, and alliance agreements
* Supporting contract reviews, tender checks, competitive dialogue, and collaborative procurement methods
The role offers exposure to a range of international and UK-based work across sectors such as infrastructure, energy, transport, and commercial development.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced Solicitor with strong experience in front-end construction law, gained in private practice or in-house
* Knowledge of procurement structures including design & build, construction management, PPP, PFI, and alliancing
* Experience working on international projects (preferred but not essential)
* Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills
