Your role will include:
• Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS and Primary phases
• Delivering planned lessons to small groups and whole classes when required
• Working closely with class teachers to plan, prepare, and assess learning
• Providing targeted support for pupils who need additional guidance
• Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
• Contributing to assessments, progress tracking, and pupil outcomes
• Collaborating with SEN staff and senior leaders to support inclusion
