About The Role
Supporting the Head of Marketing Operation, you will work across ARO's four business units:
* Cloud, Cyber & IT: Microsoft Cloud Services, Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Next Generation Networking, Cyber Security, Back-Up; Data Protection, Managed IT and Support.
* Collaboration: Unified communications, Contact Centre Solutions, Business Mobiles, Connectivity, Business Voice, AV and Meeting Room Solutions.
* Sustainability: Net Zero Journey, Energy Procurement, Energy Optimisation and Energy Compliance.
* Specialist Data Centre Services: Private Cloud, Hybrid Cloud, Trusted Research Establishment, Secure Store/Retrieval and Connectivity.
This role is based in Ewloe with an expectation of travel to other offices or to see customers/suppliers as necessary. It is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence 3 days a week.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Product Team and suppliers to craft compelling narratives for new products.
* Develop marketing strategies based on market insights.
* Support sales teams with engaging materials.
* Maintain key content areas such as the website, social media, and product literature.
* Lead and mentor a Marketing Assistant to foster professional growth and teamwork.
Requirements
Essential:
* 3-5 years B2B marketing experience, preferably in IT and Technology.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
* Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
Desirable:
* Experience working with vendors on campaigns and funding.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights and Sales.
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.
* Personal skills: clear communicator, personable, resilient, resourceful, flexible.
