We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Night Welfare Unit Van Driver to support highway maintenance operations. This role is essential in ensuring that teams on site have access to clean, fully equipped welfare facilities throughout their shift. You will be responsible for operating a 3.5T welfare unit van, which includes toilet and hygiene facilities, as well as a fully functioning kitchen area Key Responsibilities Driving and operating a 3.5T welfare unit van to designated worksites Supporting highway maintenance teams during night shifts Maintaining the welfare unit to a high standard throughout the shift Refuelling the vehicle as required Refilling water supplies and ensuring hygiene facilities remain operational Safely emptying waste tanks at the end of each shift Preparing the unit so it is clean, stocked, and ready for the next day’s use What We’re Looking For CSCS card is desirable Full UK driving licence Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good attention to cleanliness and detail Willingness to work consistent night shifts (Monday to Friday) Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of £16.53 Consistent weekday schedule – no weekend work Weekly earnings between £743 and £826 Consistent long term contract work Apply Now If you’re dependable, practical, and enjoy working independently at night, apply now!
