MISSION STATEMENT
As a FENDI Ambassador you are expected to provide an extraordinary and luxurious experience to the clients.
Main Role & Responsibilities
* Sales Performance
o Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories;
o Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI by Department Manager / Store Manager;
o Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products.
* Client Management
o Strengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM tools and master the usage of the Company CRM tools provided;
o Implement CRM Campaigns and set-up One On One appointments in line with target and guidelines set;
o Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the customer.
* Store Operations
o Perform store duties as assigned by team leaders and management;
o Be able to correctly operate the Company Sales Management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input.
* Stock Management
o Maintain inventory accuracy by properly receive, display and store merchandise according to company guidelines (if shop without a backroom stock assistance);
o Support during Store stock take and cycle-counts.
* Store Maintenance
o Maintain proper visual merchandising according to company guidelines;
o Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeeping duties;
o You may also be required to carry out any other duties within your capacity, which the Company may reasonably require.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Retail Fashion industry, with at least 2 years in luxury sales. Experience in the Ladies' ready-to-wear (RTW) category is essential. Strong professional expertise in this category, a passion for outfit creation, and excellent styling skills are advantageous;
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferred;
* Manages his/ her image standards on a high level;
* Strong selling and communication skills are necessary;
* Excellent relationships skills, self-reliant, friendly and patient;
* Organization, professionalism, self-confidence;
* Strong customer service skills;
* Computer skills and Retail management system knowledge;
* Goal oriented approach, multitasking;
* Strong knowledge and/or interest for fashion/luxury industry;
* Fluent English, knowledge of other languages is a plus.
