We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking candidates to join our team at the prestigious 5th-floor rooftop restaurant, Sky Bar & Restaurant. We are currently hiring full-time Bartenders (40 hours per week) with cocktail-making experience.
The successful candidate will:
* Prepare drinks and cocktails at our rooftop bar
* Greet guests and answer their questions
* Provide exceptional customer care while adhering to company procedures, processes, and health and safety regulations
* Work effectively as part of a team to improve business operations
* Operate tills and handle cash transactions
* Clear tables of cutlery and glasses, ensuring items are washed, cleaned, and stored properly
* Maintain a warm and professional demeanor
* Communicate confidently and effectively with a diverse range of guests and colleagues
