Job Description
3. Provide hands-on HR support to line managers across the business
4. Coach managers on performance, engagement, development, and change
5. Manage a wide range of employee relations cases professionally and efficiently
6. Support succession planning and development of internal talent
7. Facilitate performance reviews, pay planning, and talent calibration
8. Lead or contribute to people-focused change initiatives
9. Ensure compliance with employment law, internal policies, and HR governance
10. Collaborate with Centre of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver a joined-up HR service
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Business Partner should have:
11. Strong, hands-on HR experience at Junior Business Partner or Senior Advisor level.
12. Background supporting operational or multi-site teams is highly desirable.
13. CIPD Level 3 or 5
14. Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
15. Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
16. Able to influence and challenge effectively at all levels.
17. Commercially savvy, with a pragmatic and people-centred approach.
18. Thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment.
