Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hemel Hempstead for a Customer Solutions, CRM & Loyalty Director. The person in this position will be responsible for overseeing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies, managing customer loyalty programs, and working to enhance customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include developing and implementing CRM solutions, analyzing customer data, creating and managing loyalty reward programs, and ensuring the team meets its customer service goals. Collaboration with various departments to improve customer experience and loyalty is also essential.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in CRM strategies, customer data analysis, and loyalty program management
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Experience with customer service optimization, customer retention, and satisfaction analysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Background in the travel or tourism industry is beneficial
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
