About the Role
and our Ideal Candidate
The role sits within our small, cohesive team of 4, where we meet daily to tackle the most complex HR system issues. Every day presents a new challenge, from meticulously tracing an error across multiple system interfaces to quickly identifying a single, critical input flaw. Our mission is clear: we fix, we build, and we continue to strive for more customer compliments.
What the role involves:
1. System Detective Work: Thriving on logical thinking and connecting the dots to find the root cause of an issue. Your brain must enjoy understanding interconnectedness and identifying patterns
2. Technical Mastery: Providing multi-step technical resolutions within iTrent (full induction provided, HR/Payroll knowledge is essential and iTrent experience is desirable)
3. Clear Communication: The ability to translate complex IT solutions into clear, accessible language for non-technical staff and senior managers
Your day-to-day work is anything but routine — you might be on a video call supporting a customer one moment and dissecting a system calculation the next. From designing workflows to writing data reports to support your system build, our friendly and supportive team is always ready for what's next.
