Duties for the Customer Service Advisor role:
* Ensure all calls and emails are responded to in a professional and timely manner, escalating to Team Leader where required
* Liaise with other internal team members
* Entering information on two different customer record systems
* Dealing with transport and customer queries
* Entering information into reporting spreadsheets
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers
* Ensure procedures are adhered to in line with company policy and best practice
Experience / Skills required for the Customer Service Advisor role:
1. Good PC skills, including experience of Microsoft Office Excel, Word & Outlook
2. Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
3. Clear communication skills and a strong command of the English language
