Role Overview
You will be joining us here at Albany Beck as we partner with our client within the asset management space on a Fee Programme. This programme is focused on improving and standardising how client fees are calculated, processed, and reported.
This role sits within a fast-paced transformation environment and requires a hands-on Business Analyst who can work closely with stakeholders, bring clarity to complex processes, and support delivery across both business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the elicitation and documentation of business and functional requirements across the fee programme
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to understand current processes and define target state solutions
* Produce process maps (as-is and to-be) to support business and system changes
* Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into deliverable solutions
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case creation, execution support, and defect management
* Act as a key liaison between business, operations, and technology stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control within fee-related processes
* Ensure changes align with business and regulatory requirements
* Provide clear and consistent communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the programme
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, ideally in asset or investment management
* Experience working on change or transformation programmes
* Exposure to initiatives involving client fees, billing, or pricing structures
* Strong process mapping skills (e.g. Visio, BPMN)
* Hands-on experience supporting UAT and testing activities
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment
