As Care Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring high-quality care, full compliance with CQC and relevant regulations, achievement of financial targets and maintenance of full occupancy.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and direction to the home's staff, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion, and empathy
* Ensure all regulatory requirements are met, including those set by the CQC, maintaining excellent standards of care
* Manage the home's budget, ensuring financial targets are achieved and costs are controlled effectively
* Develop and implement a marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the home's services to potential residents, families and stakeholders
* Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families and stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns Skills and Attributes
* Confident communicator with strong leadership credentials

Education and Qualification
* Preferably NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience (desirable but not essential) What You Will Gain
