The Osteotec Spine Division is searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join their team in the West Midlands. Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, and Derby are the ideal locations.
Brief Description: The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales in the designated territory in line with company objectives.
Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Manager manages all elements of the sales cycle, including setting objectives, planning sales activities, reviewing results, and adjusting plans as needed.
The role involves growing Osteotec’s business by directly selling products to customers such as Spine Surgeons, clinical and non-clinical decision makers, and enhancing customer service. The manager will support the acquisition of new customers through technical expertise in the territory.
Responsibilities:
* Promote, demonstrate, and sell a range of spine products to NHS and private hospitals
* Achieve sales results aligned with monthly and annual targets and KPIs
* Demonstrate medical equipment within theatre and clinical settings
* Conduct trials and evaluations of products to drive sales
* Provide excellent customer service and support customer acquisition efforts
* Develop and implement an effective sales business plan independently
* Manage resources and materials, including consignment stock, within the sales area
* Build and maintain relationships with key customers and decision makers, including surgeons and hospital staff
* Organize and conduct training workshops with surgical and theatre staff
* Report regularly to Sales Managers on sales activities and market conditions
* Engage with key opinion leaders in the territory
* Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards in all business activities
* Liaise with other company departments to meet sales objectives
* Spend approximately 80% of your time in theatre environments
* Perform other relevant duties as assigned
