Our client, a leading company in the Pharmaceutical industry, is seeking a dedicated Team Administrator to join their team based in the Berkshire area. As the Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination.


This is a part-time role for 2.5 days per week and an initial 6 month contract.



KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Your duties as the Team Administrator will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:


1. As the Team Administrator, you will coordinate business travel arrangements and itineraries.


2. As the Team Administrator, you will schedule meetings across global time zones and coordinating materials both internally and externally.


3. As the Team Administrator, you will manage expense reports and updating various meeting trackers and agendas.


4. As the Team Administrator, you will provide on-site assistance during key events, including printing agendas, assisting with IT issues, and coordinating catering.



ROLE REQUIREMENTS:


To be successful in your application to this exciting role as the Team Administrator we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:


1. Relevant degree in a related field.


2. Proven industry experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry.


3. A working knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of SAP is desirable.
