The impact you’ll make
First impressions are everything. You’ll set the tone for every guest’s stay with a warm welcome, answering questions, and providing information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area. You’ll help make their visit special and ensure a smooth check-out experience.
What you’ll do
* Process guest check-ins, assign rooms, and activate room keys
* Coordinate with Housekeeping to track room readiness and address guest concerns
* Respond to guest calls, messages, questions, or concerns
* Provide information and directions regarding the property and local attractions
* Handle check-outs and resolve disputed charges
* Process payments and room charges
* Confirm reservations and cancellations, and run daily reports on arrivals and departures
* Assist the Front Office Manager with daily operations and staff supervision
* Support training, coaching, and development of the Front Office team

* Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage
