Job Purpose: As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Production Manager with all production activities. Your mission? To lead changes within the production teams that reduce waste and enhance quality, ultimately maximising production efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: Maintain open lines of communication with the Production Manager to ensure production schedules are met and backlog risks are mitigated.
