My client is a well-established law firm seeking a confident and proactive Conveyancing Paralegal to join its growing property department. This is an office-based role offering great team support, long-term development and a welcoming working environment.
Role Overview
* Support the Head of Department and wider team on a varied caseload of residential property matters
* Prepare legal documentation, manage client communication and assist with file progression
* Handle administrative elements of transactions from instruction through to post-completion
Requirements
* Minimum 12 months’ experience in a residential conveyancing environment
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work well in a team
* A genuine interest in developing a long-term career in conveyancing
