Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council prides itself on being a great place to work where staff are trusted, valued and supported to make a positive contribution at work.
The Time Out Support Service allows family carers to have a break from their caring role. The successful candidate will support service users either in their own home or in the community both socially and emotionally while their carers takes some time for themselves. This role is varied, challenging and flexible. If you feel you could use your skills and experience to support individuals to have fun and remain engaged during support sessions this may be the role for you. This role would be ideal to fit around current caring responsibilities or as a step back into employment within a flexible, caring and supportive team environment.
