Responsibilities
The Registered Nurse will implement the Nursing Process based on established Standards of Practice, ensuring adherence to patient care policies and procedures in accordance with CRMC Hospital policies, the Nurse Practice Act, and New York State Licensure requirements. The nurse should demonstrate critical thinking, effective organization and prioritization, and implement evidence-based nursing practices.

Compensation
Range: $48.50 - $74.60. This range complies with New York State law on Salary Transparency. The listed range does not include bonuses, incentives, or other benefits. Factors such as location, experience, and credentials may influence compensation.
Qualifications
* Minimum Education: Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred.
* Minimum Experience: Two years medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
* Required Certification/Registration:
o Current NY State RN license
o Successful completion of BLS Provider Course
o Cardiac arrhythmia course within 6 months of hire
o ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire
o CNOR preferred
Physical and Working Conditions
* Physical demands include bending, twisting, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
* Work environment is a clean, well-lit facility with no routine hazards.
* Requires good visual, auditory, and manual dexterity, and the ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and adapt to irregular hours.
